To be perfectly honest I am never completely sure whether supplements are having an effect at all as am generally well. However, I was having some symptoms, possibly hormonal which have gone away. I am oestrogen dominant anyway (having polycystic ovaries) and peri menopausal so I figured this was probably going to benefit me whatever. On my second or third batch and will keep taking. Company seems good, not overly expensive and arrives in good time.

I tried this product after reading about its ability to metabolise excessive estrogen. I have a hormonal imbalance condition and was experiencing a few symptoms. This is the one food supplement I have ever tried and it actually works! I have so much more energy and the brain fog has disappeared since taking DIM. I did not experience any of the side effects other people mention. However, I only started feeling a difference after taking two instead of one pills daily. I based this on a study I read about effective dose.
